Happy holidays
Sorry for the lack of posts this month. My little family have been unwell with one thing or another so we’ve spent an awful lot of time curled up on the sofa taking it easy.

I’m going to take a little break from blogging but will be back in the new year with lots of cool little projects so please come and visit soon. If you subscribe then you’ll be notified as soon as anything new goes on the site.
Thank you so much to all the people that have paid this blog a visit this year – especially my regular readers. I’ve been overwhelmed by how popular this little place has become…
I also wanted to say a big thanks to whipup, ohdeedoh, kireei and craftzine for featuring so many of my projects. Kathreen from whipup has a lovely calendar and book for sale – they would make a cool little Christmas present I reckon
If owls are your thing then check out myowlbarn.com. Shivani has put together a gorgeous (and free) calendar for you to download and print out.
Anyway, that’s me! Have a great Christmas x

I love your blog too
I haven’t had the energy to post lately either. I found your blog looking for tutorials on paper beads as I was doing that craft with my Girl Scout troop
Merry Christmas, enjoy your holiday break

I hope your family is feeling better for Christmas, it never happens that just one person gets sick. I make your Owl paper craft into Christmas decorations for the tree with my little grandson. A little glitter on each colorful owl makes them very festive. Thanks for the wonderful ideas. and have a happy holiday.

Hi Karen. The star is a 16 point origami modular star. Really simple to make and they look super. You can find the instructions here: http://www.origami-instructions.com/origami-modular-star.html
