Envelope templates (C6, C7, C8) // String-tie & standard designs

Just a bit of housekeeping to begin with. I am having problems with the ‘comments’ section on my site – if you have tried to comment and have been unable to I’m sorry. Anyway, I am working on it and will hopefully get it sorted out in the next day or so. If you really need to get in touch, and are unable to via the comments thread, then feel free to send me a message instead.

Back to the craft! Ever since I wrote this post about string-tie envelopes I’ve had heaps of requests for envelope templates in standard sizes. I finally made some (yay!) which you can find at the foot of the post.

  1. Hi Carla,

I have square ones too so I’ll pop them on the site next week (not string-tied ones though – they are too big to fit on a sheet of a4 paper)

  2. Thanks so much for your “free” envelope templates – really appreciate your generosity and making it easier to recreate envelopes in varying sizes as needed! :0)

  3. Thank you lots and lots! I adore your photographs, as well as your templates! You are very generous to share; I can’t wait to use the templates. Cheers from Susan in Florida, USA!

  4. Thank you so much from a Canadian crafter. You have been so generous and it will help as I’m getting into making my own cards. The colours are beautiful and they are giving me lots of ideas!

  5. Awesome! Thanks for the templates. Do you know where I could find the tiny brads you used?

  6. Thank you for sharing these great templates for all these envelopes. I will be using one of them for a project that I have in mind and it will be perfect. thanks again.

  7. Hi Mimi…I got them from WHSmiths in the UK. Ebay is really good for craft supplies ^_^

  8. Hi Claire, so sorry I haven’t. The problem is that the template for an A5 envelope wouldn’t fit onto an A4 sheet of paper. I don’t design anything bigger than that because most people wouldn’t be able to print it out.

    Kate ^_^

  9. Hi Kate. I wanted to write and thank you for the string tie envelope template. The other week I wanted to make some of these to actually put my seeds in I had been collected from my dahlias. Now I can have a go at making them. Best wishes, Natasha
