Quick craft // Bug necklaces
My boys love wearing necklaces and bracelets so we’ve been making some. I think I like the plastic-bug look!
I didn’t do a full how-to for this – it’s pretty straight forward. We used superglue to attach a single hama bead to the back of the bug. Then we threaded some cord through…easy. If you dont have superglue to hand then you can always just bind your bug in embroidery thread…then attach the cord.
Please remember: These are suitable for over 3′s only….and do go steady with the super-glue!

I think it would be awesome to go one step further and spray paint them silver or gold for “real” jewellery! Very cute idea!

Ahh…thanks Susan. He’s quite kookie and we love him very much! (He doesn’t like having his picture taken as you can tell).
