Easter garland
This is my first ever Easter craft! A ‘miffy’ inspired rabbit garland. It’s very sweet and would look cute in a babies room too!

All you have to do it print, cut and attach to cotton.

I printed the template onto pastel coloured card (175 gsm).

You can download a template here if you want to try!

Love this, how do you cut the cross shaped mouth so neatly? Just a really sharp craft knife or do you have one of those cutting machines?
Kate #
Hi Susie…just a craft knife and metal ruler *^_^*
Olga #
This is beautiful! Did you cut it yourself or did you use the machine cutter to cut these? Please advise. Many thanks!
Olga #
Sorry, didn’t read properly previous question, got the answer! Thanks!

These are great, I know I wouldn’t be able to get those mouths right though

So I have an almost 8 year old son who needed a hat made for the Easter Parade at school. Miffy, for him, seems a long way back. in his view at least
I printed out the template, cut the rabbit shape out, flipped it over so no printing lines could be seen and sewed them to a hat using embroidery floss cross stitches as eyes. I left the mouths uncut. Troubled that he would see his hat as too young, I was a bit hesitant about what his reaction would be. ‘WOW’ he squealed ‘zombie rabbits’ – and ALL his friends want one! Bet you don’t think of yourself as designer of zombie rabbits
. Well done and thank you!

Haha…that comment made my day. Well done you. Thanks Susan. Zombie rabbits rule!!

Thanks so much for this – I decided to create a Miffy themed party for my daughter at the last minute and am very grateful to have found your template!
I’d like to add for those in a hurry like I was – I didn’t cut out the eyes and mouth. I simply coloured them in with black marker.
I far prefer the look of them cut out – but I just didn’t have the time or the tools to do a neat job.
Jess #
Im having trouble cutting the eyes out.. its so tricky! howd you cut em out so nice?
Kate #
Hi Jess…just with a craft knife and steel ruler ^_^
